Meet Our Team 

Our team is made up of passionate and dedicated childcare professionals who are committed to creating a warm and enriching environment for every child. Each team member undergoes extensive training to meet the standards set by the South Carolina Department of Social Services (DSS) and the ABC Quality program.

Team Highlights:

  • All staff complete annual state-mandated training, including 15 hours of professional development, CPR/First Aid certification, and fire safety training.

  • Additional training includes child development, classroom management, and sexual/physical abuse prevention and reporting.

  • Our team is supported with ongoing evaluations and development opportunities to ensure they excel in their roles.

Every teacher and staff member plays a vital role in fostering a safe, engaging, and faith-based learning environment where children can thrive.

  • Safety first: Key fob entry system, daily sanitization protocols, and regular inspections by DSS, ABC, DHEC, and the Fire Department.

  • Parent communication: Stay updated on your child’s day with the ChildPilot system, providing real-time reports on meals, naps, and activities.
